Private Client Wealth Management
BDO USA has dedicated a separate business line, Private Client Wealth Management (PCWM), to address the specific needs of high net worth clients. The PCWM business line includes three wholly owned subsidiaries of BDO USA that offer various aspects of financial advice. These subsidiaries include:
- BDO USA Private Securities, LLC (SPS): A broker-dealer registered with the SEC under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and a FINRA member firm, which provides clients with brokerage services.
- BDO USA Insurance Consultants, LLC (SIC): A licensed insurance agency providing insurance consulting services as well as life, disability and long-term care products.
