Client Testimonial

I agree that my testimonial, when approved, represents my personal, honest and truthful opinion and not necessarily that of my employer but may be attributed to my employer as a client of BDO USA, LLP (“BDO”) and entered into a testimonial database, which is maintained by National Brand & Marketing staff at BDO or their agents. I have permission and consent from my employer to offer this testimonial and my employer agrees that its name may be used in connection with this testimonial.  This testimonial or a portion of its statements may be used in BDO’s marketing materials for all types of advertising, publicity and other trade purposes which include, but are not limited to, statements of qualifications, proposals, credentials, brochures, and all forms of print or digital media. Neither I nor my employer have received any compensation for providing this testimonial.  By providing this testimonial, I grant to BDO a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, license to use my name, company of employment, and testimonial for advertising, publicity and other trade purposes in any manner or medium, now or later developed.  I understand I will not be compensated in any way for any of these uses or have any right to examine or approve these uses. BDO has the right to change and modify this material in any way, including without limitation by truncating it, using only parts or by correcting typographical errors, without my prior permission so long as such change or modification does not materially change the overall commercial impression, and I hereby waive any and all rights with respect to such changes and modifications. The foregoing permission and release shall inure to the benefit of the assigns, licensees and legal representatives of BDO.
