Executive Summary
Jennifer Puterman has 13 years of public accounting experience. She serves both privately-held and publicly-traded companies ranging from those in the development stage to those with revenues of over several hundred million dollars. Her industry experience includes software and technology, government contracting, biotech and pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services.
Jennifer assists her clients with their Securities Act of 1933 filings; ongoing Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting requirements; and Sarbanes Oxley compliance requirements. She also makes recommendations relating to improving the effectiveness of their internal control environment. In addition, she performs due diligence, opening balance sheet audits, and purchase price allocations.
Jennifer is active in the firm’s continuing education program, developing course materials and providing live instruction. She also serves as an audit sampling specialist and is the firm’s liaison to France as well as Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxemburg. In this role she assists multinational organizations who have operations in Europe as well as clients seeking to expand their global footprint.
