Aaron Bianchetta is a practice leader in BDO Digital, overseeing the Managed IT Services team. He manages the delivery of BDO Digital's 24x7x365 Managed IT Services Practice, including its Service Desk, Network Operations, Engineering, and implementation teams. As a leader of the Managed IT Services team, Aaron has worked cross-functionally to build a scalable, efficient, white-glove service that aligns with industry ITIL best practices and results in high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
