Our Global Corporate Intelligence affiliate, BDO GCI, LLC (“BDO GCI”), may engage in practices considered “sales” of personal information under certain laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of these sales. If you wish to opt out of the sale of your Personal Information in the context of BDO GCI’s services, you can submit your request by completing this Do Not Sell My Personal Information Request Form.

This form relates only to BDO GCI’s Global Corporate Intelligence services. In connection with providing these services, BDO GCI may “sell” (as such term is defined under applicable laws) personal information about data subjects whom BDO GCI has been engaged to research.  Please note that BDO USA does not sell any personal information received on behalf of its clients or any personal information obtained in the course of providing our other services, including Tax, Audit & Assurance and Advisory (other than GCI) services. Please see our Privacy Policy for a detailed description of the personal information we collect and how we use and disclose that personal information.

To submit your Do Not Sell My Personal Information Request Form (BDO GCI Services) to BDO GCI, please fill out the form below. If you are submitting this request on behalf of another person, please provide this information on behalf of the person for whom you are making the request.

Please note that in order to process your request, we require that you provide us with at least one unique identifier, such as your phone number, email address, or home address. We will use this unique identifier to help ensure that any personal information we identify in our systems relates to you and not to another person who shares your name. While not required, we recommend that you provide additional unique identifiers, such as any alternate phone numbers or email addresses, to ensure that we are able to identify any records we may have about you.
