Ashley Hetrick

Ashley Hetrick has more than 15 years of experience working with procurement and supply chain organizations, with particular emphasis on the semiconductor, biopharmaceutical, and extractive industries. Her experience includes supplier negotiations and relationship management, cost reduction strategies, procurement and supply chain transformation, supply chain resiliency, and business process mapping and reengineering. Ashley also designs and delivers training programs for procurement, supply chain, and operations teams.

Ashley has co-authored multiple articles on sourcing and supplier management published in Supply Chain Management Review, California Management Review, the Ivey Business Journal, Pharmaceutical Outsourcing, and Global Business Services Magazine. She frequently speaks at industry conferences, including the Drug, Chemical & Associated Technologies Association (DCAT) Week, CHI’s Clinical Trial Oversight Summit, and the National Contract Management Association.

Ashley comes to BDO from Vantage Partners where she was a Partner and led the Sourcing and Supply Chain Practice. Ashley received her M.S. from Brandeis University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in International Business from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas.
