Douglas E. Gustin

Doug has over 20 years of combined experience in public and private accounting working primarily with middle-market companies in technology, manufacturing, and life sciences industries. His client service experience includes working on SEC engagements, including accelerated and large accelerated issuers as well as private equity, venture backed, and family owned businesses. Doug has significant international experience traveling to various parts of Europe and Asia in support of his clients with international and global operations, including various international manufacturing and distribution centers. He has extensive experience working with other BDO International member firms.

Doug has significant experience in supporting his clients in offerings, including both initial and secondary offerings for public companies and various forms of private financings for both public and private companies. His experience also includes working with companies that are planning for or have performed significant mergers and acquisitions activities. Doug’s transactional experience has amounted to the generation of capital/value in excess of $2 billion. 

Prior to joining BDO, Doug worked in private industry in various companies, including  experience in positions of controller at a technology company and vice president of Finance.
