Gregg has 15 years of experience in the self-insured, large group, and ACA business in the healthcare space. He has a wealth of industry knowledge and experience with data analysis, data mining, and predictive analytics and machine learning.
Gregg provides a wide range of actuarial services, including statements of actuarial opinion, self-insured funding, unpaid claim accrual valuation, model validation, and healthcare benefit analysis. He leads a team of credentialed actuaries with vast industry and consulting experience. By leveraging the strength of the team, He provides industry-leading actuarial service to corporations, healthcare systems, and hospitals.
Prior to joining BDO, Gregg worked as an associate actuary and manager for Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia. In this position, he oversaw a variety of actuarial functions, such as rate making, claims reserving, and benefit design. In addition, he provided support for the evaluation of provider contracts and vendor partnerships, valuation of utilization management programs, and the design and implementation of value-based contracts.
