BDO Cyber Threat Insights Report 2017-2018

In 2017, we saw many cyber-attacks that threatened a number of organization’s and individual’s private information. In order to mitigate risk in the future, we need to understand the trends, targets, and attack vectors cyber criminals used so we can be better prepared when protecting against current and future attacks.

The research gained in this report is based on open source information in addition to insights gathered by our analysts through their daily activities in monitoring and investigating client-defined intelligence objectives, and targets. Throughout, BDO will provide a summary of significant trends, a focus and timeline on notable attacks as well as recommendations for 2018.
