OMB Uniform Guidance
In December 2013, the Office of Management and Budget issued the "Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards," also referred to as the Uniform Guidance. The guidance went into effect in December 2014 and BDO has compiled resources to assist nonprofits in better understanding and complying with the Uniform Guidance.
