BDO USA Lands Top Five Spot on Vault Accounting 25 for Sixth Consecutive Year
CHICAGO, May 1, 2023 – BDO USA, LLP, one of the nation’s leading accounting and advisory firms, has once again placed in the top five of the 2024 Vault Accounting 25, a ranking of the 25 best accounting firms to work for by Firsthand.co. This preeminent source for employer and university rankings for in-demand candidates found BDO to be the fourth best overall accounting employer for the fourth consecutive year and the sixth most prestigious.
The Vault Accounting 25 is compiled by survey using a weighted formula that reflects the issues accounting professionals and job seekers care most about, combining factors such as quality of life, diversity and overall prestige. This year, rankings were based on a survey of more than 11,000 accounting professionals in North America. The firm saw a marked year-over-year improvement in several areas, most notably climbing seven spots in the vacation policies category, four spots in the promotion policies category, and two spots in the work+life fit category.
