Ranked Fifth Best Firm to Work for Among All National Accounting Firms

Chicago, IL – BDO USA, LLP, one of the nation’s leading accounting and advisory firms, has been named one of the 2020 Vault Accounting 50, a ranking of the 50 best accounting firms to work for in North America.  BDO is ranked the fifth best firm to work for by Vault.com, the source for employer and university rankings for in-demand candidates.  This represents retention of BDO’s fifth place standing from last year’s rankings. 
 
The Vault Accounting 50 is compiled using a weighted formula that reflects the issues accounting professionals care most about, combining diversity and quality of life rankings (such as culture, satisfaction, work/life balance and compensation) with overall prestige.  This year, rankings were based on a survey of more than 8,200 accountants.
