BDO USA Named to Newsweek’s 2024 List of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity
CHICAGO, FEBRUARY 26, 2024 – BDO USA, one of the nation’s leading accounting and advisory firms, has been honored as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Diversity by Newsweek. The annual listing recognizes U.S. companies for dedication to supporting a diverse workforce, and BDO USA was awarded a five-star rating. This year’s honorees were determined by Plant-A Insights Group, a market-data research firm, through a survey of more than 220,000 individuals who reviewed more than 1.5 million companies in America.
The award, now in its second year, is based on an evaluation of factors that include a survey of professionals, interviews with human resources professionals, independent research and an examination of publicly available data. Shortlisted companies are scored and categorized by industry. BDO USA was among the highest rated overall, earning five out of five possible stars in the large-company category.
