Jeffrey N. Bilsky

In addition to his role as the managing principal of the BDO National Tax Office, Jeff is a member of the NTO Partnership Taxation practice. In this role, Jeff focuses on advising clients involved in structuring complex partnership transactions including partnership “Up-C” initial public offerings, leveraged partnership transactions, domestic and off-shore investment funds, and complex partnership debt workout transactions. Jeff also has extensive experience addressing issues involving capital account maintenance, income/loss allocations, and liability allocations. Jeff is a frequent presenter at external and internal training programs and has authored several publications addressing complex partnership-related matters in publications such as the Journal of Taxation, Bloomberg BNA Insights, Tax Management Real Estate Journal, and the Practising Law Institute.
