Jessica has spent the last 15 years using her background in strategy development, organizational effectiveness, and market research to help clients grow and improve their She has worked with a range of clients across financial services, software, professional services, and life sciences.
Jessica has co-authored articles for several major publications including California Management Review, Strategic Alliances Quarterly, Supply Chain Management Review, Supply Chain Asia, and as well as several research studies on innovation, coopetition, cross-selling, organizational effectiveness, and relationship management.
Prior to joining BDO, Jessica was a strategic relationship manager at Lincoln Financial Group where her responsibilities included negotiating and managing several of the company’s most complex alliances. Jessica holds an MSc in Behavioral Economics from the University of Nottingham as well as BAs in both English and Economics from Bryn Mawr College.
Outside the corporate arena, Jessica co-led an initiative with the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (OCHA) at the United Nations, to develop and implement a strategy for partnerships with private sector companies. Jessica is also a guest lecturer on strategy and relationship management at US Military Academy at West Point, SOFNC (US Army Special Forces school), and Purdue University.
