Kevin Patterson

Kevin has 18 years of public accounting experience serving publicly traded and privately held manufacturing, distribution and insurance clients. He has worked extensively with both private equity owned and publicly traded automotive manufacturers and automotive suppliers including from both an acquisition and divestiture perspective. Specifically, Kevin worked on a $1 billion publicly traded school bus manufacturer headquartered in Macon, Georgia and a $1 billion private equity owned global automotive supplier headquartered in Detroit, Michigan. He has taken an active role in helping clients to prepare for and implement streamlined approaches to implementing new GAAP guidance.
