Laura Sceerey is a practice leader in BDO Digital, co-leading the client experience practice where she leads a team of business analysts, and quality assurance analysts who are dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of technology implementation projects. The Client Experience team works directly with client stakeholders to strategically identify business objectives and map solutions that align the right people, processes, and technology to achieve goals with well defined, quantitative value. With a focus on managing the most critical customer engagements, she gained a spectrum of insights through hands-on experience designing hundreds of custom applications, CRM Dynamics and Salesforce platforms. Laura leverages her diverse experiences to design, implement, and assess successful technology solutions while continuously evolving her approach to stay ahead of clients’ needs.
