Michael Zwang has provided utility advisory services to commercial tenants throughout the United States for 30 years. By focusing on the review of sub-metered electric charges, performing and evaluating electric surveys and verifying compliance with complex utility rate structures, Michael has achieved recoveries on behalf of his clients in excess of $17 million. He also provides advisory services to many of the largest commercial tenants.

Additionally, Michael’s experience includes the auditing of all lease escalation charges including those billed under operating expense, CPI, Porters’ Wage, and real estate tax escalation provisions.
