Executive Summary
Nicole leads BDO’s Workday Practice.
Nicole has over 15 years of progressive experience driving transformative, end-to-end Finance and Human Capital Management system initiatives from development of enterprise system strategies and roadmaps to post-production optimization. She possesses a unique combination of management and technical skills that allows her to effectively communicate across all levels of an organization and enables clients to meet their strategic objectives.
Nicole has successfully led numerous strategy and enterprise/digital transformation projects. She has partnered with Executive teams at organizations across industries including Retail, Nonprofit, Financial Services, Healthcare and Government Contracting to:
- Evaluate and select ERP and HCM systems to replace legacy applications, provide decision support through SaaS education, lead full cycle vendor evaluations, create business cases to build consensus, and establish budget/implementation roadmap for investment in technology.
- Assess organizational readiness for digital transformation to include scoping, governance structure, capacity planning, data and system integration, and change management.
- Implement Workday Financials and Human Capital Management.
- Evaluate current state processes, identify opportunities to optimize, design and configure leading practice processes to achieve efficiencies across order to cash, procure to pay, and hire to retire business processes.
- Define and execute organizational change management strategies to define success and impact, deliver engagement activities, training, and communications, and sustain outcomes.
Prior to joining BDO, Nicole led the Workday Transformation and Advisory Services practice at CrossVue (formerly CrossCountry Consulting). She was the Director of Finance at The Children’s Guild, a child-serving, nonprofit education institution based in her hometown of Baltimore, Maryland. Nicole started her career in a Big Four firm’s Audit and Risk Advisory Services practice serving the audit needs of financial services and higher education clients.
