Keith McGowan

Keith’s public accounting experience has spanned a number of industries with a primary focus on asset management entities, including hedge funds, private equity funds and alternative investment funds. Keith has over 10 years of SEC related experience and has been intimately involved in taking several clients through the initial phases of going public. As a CFO, Keith was highly involved in acquisition negotiations and integrations and was responsible for all external and internal financial and tax reporting.    

Keith has presented to company boards, investors and debt-holders and has been a guest speaker at investor conferences. He is an instructor for BDO’s continuing professional educational programs.
