Natalie Kotlyar

Natalie has been with BDO, a global assurance, tax and advisory firm serving more than 400 publicly traded domestic and international clients, for more than 25 years. She specializes in providing assurance services including audits of financial statements and internal controls, business advisory consulting and other attestation services for both public and private companies.

Natalie is the National Practice Leader of BDO’s Retail & Consumer Products industry group and is the host of BDO’s 60-second Retail podcast. She has a wealth of experience across a variety of industry market segments including food & beverage, licensing, luxury and mid-tier market apparel, footwear, jewelry, home goods and skincare/cosmetics.

Natalie also has extensive experience working with privately held and SEC reporting companies including debt and equity offerings. She has participated in more than 20 mergers and acquisitions, where she was involved in the purchase transactions, as well as the due diligence process.

Natalie speaks fluent Russian and acts as BDO’s Country Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Israel. Natalie has also serviced many international clients with subsidiaries in the UK, France, Germany and Switzerland.
