Robert Trinchetto

With more than 20 years of accounting, audit, due diligence, and business advisory service experience, Rob Trinchetto has serviced clients throughout the country with a focus in the Metro New York area. His professional background includes engagements for both private and publicly held clients diverse in size and industry.

Rob serves as the Assurance Managing Principal for BDO’s Accounting Advisory & Outsourcing group. Through BDO’s Accounting Advisory & Outsourcing group, he assists companies with new accounting standards implementation, complex accounting issues, public and private company reporting matters, and various other technical accounting focused services.

Rob has also been an audit principal where he had extensive experience in various industries, including the technology/software and pharmaceuticals, wholesale/distribution, retail and manufacturing industries. Rob has a specific focus on portfolio companies owned by private equity firms. Rob also has experience working on Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements, initial public offerings, agreed upon procedures engagements, due diligence projects, and other special projects.
