Roland has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of financial and leadership positions. He began his career with a Big Four public accounting firm followed by experiences in large automotive companies such as Delphi Automotive and General Motors. He has extensive experience in global controllership, forecasts & budgets, consolidations & reporting, LEAN, Six Sigma and internal controls. He is passionate about digital transformation and operational efficiency. Roland leads many areas within National Finance including accounting & external reporting, procure to pay, payroll, compliance and expansion financial support.
