Sean Kilbane

Sean is a Principal in the Cleveland, Ohio office of BDO USA where he has extensive knowledge in providing assurance services to manufacturers and distributors, real estate entities, tax-exempt organizations, and employee benefit plans. Sean has more than 14 years of public accounting experience, with an emphasis on private equity sponsored, multinational organizations; commercial and residential real estate developers and owners; and construction contractors. Sean serves as one of the firm’s designated Audit Quality Directors, and serves as a technical and focused reviewer for clients in both the M&D and real estate industry groups. Sean is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds memberships in the Urban Land Institute, and serves as Board Member for both University Settlement, Inc. and The Mayo Irish Society of Greater Cleveland. He earned his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at John Carroll University. Sean is licensed in Ohio as a Certified Public Accountant.
