Srinand Yalamanchili

Srinand has spent the last 13 years in ESG & Sustainability cultivating both consulting and industry experience. 

Starting at a Big Four firm in Australia before moving to the United States in 2015, Srinand co-founded a community solar development fund in Washington D.C. in 2017. Most recently he established the ESG and Sustainability practice at Baker Tilly prior to joining BDO. 

Srinand brings a unique ability to help companies mature beyond ESG and Sustainability compliance and begin generating revenue and operational efficiencies from an embedded focus. His experience extends across all aspects of ESG & Sustainability including regulatory compliance and readiness, strategy and execution, emissions inventory and management, & renewable energy development.

Srinand joined BDO in 2024 and is based out of the Washington D.C. office.
