Wendy Morris

Wendy is a principal with BDO Public Sector, LLC. She serves as the leader for the Federal Civilian Services Vertical. Wendy is responsible for the development of all personnel and creating innovative solutions for the practice and clients. 

Wendy has over 29 years of financial management and internal control experience and has successfully led large project teams addressing high-profile and complex federal and commercial challenges. She is deeply experienced with OMB Circular A-123, including Appendix A, B, C and D, Enterprise Risk Management and Improper Payments, Audit Remediation, Risk Assessment, Internal Controls over Operations, Internal Audit, COSO, GAO internal control framework (Green Book), and FMFIA. 

Wendy has extensive experience supporting multiple Federal Civilian agencies in solving complex challenges.
