- Describe how workplace violence is defined under CA Bill 553.
- Recall Bill 553's requirements regarding the establishment of a Workplace Violence Prevention Program.
- Recall strategies to implement a strong and compliant Workplace Violence Program.
- Explain how your unique risk environment should inform your workplace prevention program.
- Analyze the potential impacts of failure to comply with the requirements.
- Identify other programs that may be impacted by the law (e.g. crisis management, business continuity, etc...).
