Greg Leuthreau

As an Assurance Principal, Greg is responsible for the planning and execution of public and private company audits, whether integrated or not. Through his 15-plus years of experience, Greg has led numerous domestic and international audits in the Media and Technology space. He leverages his experience on large accelerated SEC filers to deliver quality audits combined with an exceptional client experience. He has also worked with startups and other private companies backed by Private Equity firms where he developed and strengthened his experience in revenue recognition, stock compensation, debt and equity financing, and business combination.

He started his career in France and then transferred to the US in 2011 which makes him very familiar with the two main reporting frameworks (US GAAP and IFRS) but also with internal control requirements and particularly SOX, through his role on integrated audits. Through his experience on first year SOX implementation and more mature SOX environments, Greg appreciates the challenges that management face in order to comply with the SEC.

Additionally, Greg has made multiple rotations in the Inspection group to perform quality reviews of his peers and also assist teams going through PCAOB inspections. Facing the regulators throughout his career has helped him shape and sharpen his audit skills to deliver quality audits.
