Haley Dobre

Haley is based in the firm’s Milwaukee office and serves as principal and National Practice Leader in specialty tax services, Tax Automation & Innovation. In serving this practice she provides clients across a multitude of industries with advisory services in tax process and technology improvements with experience in implementation, enhancement and administration of Longview, Oracle TRCS, and the ONESOURCE suite of tax reporting solutions and connected accelerators across all products, such as Alteryx.​

Haley brings more than 16 years of experience in ASC 740 tax accounting and compliance areas, including tax reporting for publicly traded as well as privately held, multi-billion-dollar global companies. Her experience in industry allowed for deep understanding in all aspects of the tax lifecycle for a company, particularly around challenges that come with accessing a granular level of data within a compressed deadline, and how technology can empower a corporate tax department to shift focus to value-added activities such as analytics and planning. Her risk-based, practical approach to automation as well as her ability to lead a deeply experienced team has led to highly successful project results, whether simple implementations or multi-phased/multi-year transformative initiatives.
