BDO USA Snags Top-Five Ranking on Vault Accounting 25 for Seventh Year in a Row

CHICAGO, April 23, 2024 – BDO USA, one of the nation’s leading accounting and advisory firms, has once again placed in the top five of the 2025 Vault Accounting 25, a ranking of the 25 best accounting firms to work for by Vault. This preeminent source for employer and university rankings for in-demand candidates found BDO to be the fourth best overall accounting employer for the fifth consecutive year and the sixth most prestigious.

The Vault Accounting 25 is compiled by survey using a weighted formula that reflects the issues accounting professionals and job seekers care most about, combining factors such as quality of life, diversity and overall prestige. This year, approximately 14,000 accounting professionals in North America were surveyed. The firm saw marked year-over-year growth in several areas, most notably ranking higher in the tax accounting practice area and improving in the categories of client interaction, hiring processes, wellness and ESG initiatives.
